User Account

Upon placing your first order, we will set up an account for you. Please provide your account number for all subsequent purchases. When communicating with our customer service representatives, ensure you have both your order number and account number readily available. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all the account details are correct and update the details as necessary.

Pricing Commitment

At our company, we are committed to maintaining competitive pricing while upholding the highest standards of product quality. We strive to honor the prices listed in our catalog. However, there may be occasions when unforeseen fluctuations in currency exchange rates or increased production costs necessitate price adjustments without prior notification. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, and we will apply applicable freight, federal, and/or provincial taxes.

Payment Terms

Upon placing an order, we will promptly issue an invoice. We accept payments via cheque, Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. If your payment is overdue, a monthly charge of 1.5% (equivalent to 18% annually) will be added.

Delivery Process

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days after order placement. Shipments are usually handled by Canada Post or FedEx, depending on customer preference and specific circumstances. Delivery times can vary due to factors such as service type, distance, weather conditions, and other variables. While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them. Once the shipment is dispatched , we will do our best to notify the customer and update the customer with the tracking number.

Claims Handling

We take every precaution to ensure accurate and secure shipments to prevent damage or missing items. In the event of shipment damage or missing items, please notify us within two business days.

Product Returns

If you’d like to return a product, please reach out to either your assigned sales representative or our customer service team for guidance and assistance. You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To qualify for a full credit or refund, the product must be in its original, unmarked, unopened, and sealed packaging. Additionally, ensure that you enclose a copy of the original invoice with your return. Products not meeting these conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please bear in mind that the cost of shipping the returned item back to us is your responsibility as the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned product. It’s important to note that both the initial shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

To ensure a smooth process and proper credit, please include the following information with your return:

1) Name /Company Name

2) Invoice &/Order Number

3) Reason for the return

Exceptions to the Rule

Certain exceptions apply to our return policy:

1)All items marked as “sale” or “clearance” are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

2)Disposable and PPE products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3)Personalized items, custom orders, and products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange.

We strongly recommend confirming the contents of a product package before opening it.

Warranty Guarantee

At our company, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality products and offer warranties that cover most of our product range (with some exceptions).Products are covered for one year from the date of purchase. If a product experiences a failure due to subpar workmanship or material defects, please reach out to your designated sales representative. They will provide expert guidance on how to initiate the warranty process.

Exclusions from Warranty

Please be aware that our warranty does not cover instances of misuse, modification, tampering, products exceeding their expected lifespan, and certain product exceptions.

Products exceptions to our warrant policy:

1)All items marked as “sale” or “clearance” are considered final sale and and are not covered under our warranty

2)Disposable and PPE products are not eligible for any warranty, returns or exchanges.

3)Any product whose monetary value is less than $10 before taxes .

Resolving Defective Products under warranty

In the event of a defective product, please return it to our facilities. If the issue with the product is attributed to subpar workmanship or defective materials and is within the warranty period .We will, at our discretion, either provide a replacement product or issue a store credit. It’s essential to note that the customer is responsible for the cost to ship it to our facility and the initial shipment fee is non-refundable.
