Shipping Policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days after order placement. Shipments are usually handled by Canada Post or FedEx, depending on customer preference and specific circumstances. Delivery times can vary due to factors such as service type, distance, weather conditions, and other variables. While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them.
Once the shipment is dispatched , we will do our best to notify the customer and update the customer with the tracking number.
The customer is responsible for shipping of products to and from the facility and shipping costs are non-refundable .
We take every precaution to ensure accurate and secure shipments to prevent damage or missing items. In the event of shipment damage or missing items, please notify us within two business days of receiving the package .
