If you’d like to return a product, please reach out to either your assigned sales representative or our customer service team for guidance and assistance. You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To qualify for a full credit or refund, the product must be in its original, unmarked, unopened, and sealed packaging. Additionally, ensure that you enclose a copy of the original invoice with your return. Products not meeting these conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Please bear in mind that the cost of shipping the returned item back to us is your responsibility as the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned product. It’s important to note that both the initial shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions to the Rule
Certain exceptions apply to our return policy:
1)All items marked as “sale” or “clearance” are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
2)Disposable and PPE products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3)Personalized items, custom orders, and products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
